Ontario Auto Loans provides an online platform for:

  • Vehicle financing pre-approval applications
  • Vehicle valuation and market analysis
  • Connection with lending partners

We are not a lender. We connect you with third-party lenders and financing partners who may offer you financing based on your application.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. User Obligations

Pre-approval through our Service does not guarantee final loan approval. All financing decisions are made by our lending partners based on their own criteria, verification processes, and terms.

Vehicle valuations provided through our Service are estimates based on market data and are for informational purposes only. Actual values may vary based on vehicle condition, market conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific sale price or trade-in value.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may connect you with third-party lenders, dealers, and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of these third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by Ontario Auto Loansand are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontario Auto Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ontario Auto Loans from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
